The Wisconsin African Chamber of Commerce is the organized economic voice of African businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals across Wisconsin. We are a formally established 501(c)(6) business league — the same legal and institutional structure as every major chamber in the state.
We are headquartered in Milwaukee. We serve entrepreneurs, businesses, professionals, investors, nonprofit organizations, community organizations, and strategic partners working together to strengthen Wisconsin's African business ecosystem.
As a formal 501(c)(6) business league, WACC engages governments, corporations, and financial institutions with the same standing as any recognized chamber in Wisconsin.
From Milwaukee to Madison to Green Bay — WACC represents African businesses in every community across Wisconsin.
WACC connects African businesses to Wisconsin's full economic ecosystem — programs, partners, contracts, funding resources, and the people who make things happen.
When African businesses grow, Wisconsin grows. WACC is the engine that turns African ambition into Wisconsin economic strength.
2026 is a pivotal year for African businesses in Wisconsin. Federal and state economic development priorities are shifting. Supplier diversity programs are expanding. Government contracting opportunities are growing. Corporate ESG commitments are creating new procurement pipelines. The African business community in Wisconsin has never had a more powerful window — and for the first time, it has an institution organized to step through it.
WACC is led by a Founding Board of African entrepreneurs and professionals in Wisconsin who built this institution because they know firsthand what African businesses in this state are capable of achieving.
