A national award-winning medical device sales leader, Mr. Osei is dedicated to building the infrastructure for collective economic power, civic voice, and lasting prosperity across Wisconsin's African and African-descended communities.

Guided by the belief that life follows thought and a student of mindset mastery, Mr. Osei is passionate about helping others transform their thinking and unlock their fullest potential to create lasting impact in their communities.

He also leads EcoClean MKE and Generational Wealth 360, a financial literacy venture building long-term economic empowerment. He is an author committed to sharing knowledge across the communities he serves.

As Treasurer, Pierre brings a practical, results-driven approach to WACC's financial integrity and operational strength.

Charles has collaborated with government agencies, businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations — supporting entrepreneurship programs and helping small business owners access resources for growth.

Pursuing licensure as a Registered Nurse, Charles believes healthcare, education, and economic opportunity are interconnected pillars of strong communities — and brings that vision to WACC's mission.
